No, the device cannot be used while connected to the charger.
Installation, warranty and service
Is the device assembled or do I have to disassemble it?
The device arrives partially assembled.Simply snap the handle and main parts (brush head, tank, etc.) together according to the instructions.No tools required.
Can I store the device in a damp room / bathroom?
Not recommended.The electronics are not designed for permanent damp environments.Ideally, store in a dry and ventilated place.
Where can I find the serial number?
On the label on the bottom of the device or in the Tineco app (for models with a connection).
Maintenance and cleaning
How often should I clean the filter?
Rinse after each use, let it dry thoroughly.Replace every 3-6 months depending on usage.
How do I clean the device?
When you are finished cleaning, place the device in the base and start the self-cleaning button.Empty the dirty water tank and rinse it manually.
Do I need to add water during self-cleaning?
Yes, make sure the clean water tank is full before starting the self-cleaning.

How long does self-cleaning take?
Usually 2-5 minutes, depending on the model.When finished, empty the tank and let the parts dry.
The device reports an error - what to do?
Check the filters, tanks and any blockages.If the problem persists, contact support.
Uses, functions and modes
On what surfaces can I use the device?
All iFloor and Floor One models are suitable for hard floors (wood, vinyl, tiles, laminate).The Pure One A50S model is also designed for carpets.
Can I use the device without water?
In the case of floor scrubbers (iFloor and Floor One series), water is necessary for proper operation.Without water, the device may report an error.
How do I know that the dirty water tank is full?
The device will alert you with a beep and often an icon on the display.Cleaning will automatically stop until the tank is emptied.
Can I add hot water to the clean water tank?
No. Only use cold or lukewarm water (up to 60°C), otherwise the internal parts may be damaged.
Why do I smell an odor from the device?
It could be water or dirt residue in the tanks or brush head.Regular cleaning and drying of all parts helps to combat odors.
Does the original Tineco cleaner contain perfume?
Yes, but only a mild one.
Can I use a different brand of cleaning agent?
We recommend using original Tineco cleaners.Using another agent may affect the functionality and possibly the warranty.
Can I use vinegar or other household cleaners?
No. Vinegar can damage the sensors or seals.Use only approved agents.
What is the iLoop™ sensor and how does it work?
The iLoop™ sensor (on the Floor One and Pure One series) detects the amount of dirt and adjusts the power and water consumption.The indicator on the display changes color (blue = clean, red = dirty).

It monitors cleaning, reports errors, offers statistics and notifications.Works with models:
